We additionally assist business and corporate clients with both Federal and State Tax matters as necessary.
We are also able to offer our clients a full range of estate planning services, including wills, living wills, and the execution of trust documents. We also provide durable and health care powers of attorney.
We represent clients in all levels of the State Courts charged with traffic and misdemeanor criminal offenses.
History
Since its founding, the Turlington Law Firm has concentrated on helping clients resolve their legal disputes. Traditionally, that meant litigating the dispute in state or federal court. However, over the years, more and more clients have expressed an interest in staying out of court and trying to resolve a dispute through mediation or arbitration.
Accordingly, we handle all types of alternative dispute resolution matters for our clients from mediation in custody and family law matters, to AAA arbitration in complex construction law cases.
